This is a freelance project for a realtor in the Johnstown area. He was looking for an update to his current real estate brochure. We decided on a sleek and modern design. This design accented the luxury homes he sells.

This is a personal project that I created with my own photography. The welder is a great magazine and it fits the theme of my photos perfectly. I decided to use my images to create the cover and the cover story spread.
